BancCentral offers expanded Financial Services

Alva, Okla. – CentralNet Inc. is excited to announce a change in its name which signals a unification of its product lines.  While BancCentral, Financial Services Corp. will provide all of the traditional lines of products offered by CentralNet, BancCentral primarily represents a unified effort by adding Bank Data Processing, formerly handled through eData, utilizing Information Technology’s Premier Line of Bank Software products.

Although eData has been in existence since 1982, when The Central National Bank of Alva began bank data processing for others, today BancCentral provides numerous other financial solutions for its clients: eData – Bank Data Processing, eVid – Secure Video Surveillance, Mass Storage Devices, eConnect – Wireless Broadband, IT Services, Teller-Line Hardware, and BankLink -  a Secure Wireless Radio System.

Scott A. Ware, a long-time client of BancCentral, states “Our partnership with BancCentral has enabled us to provide our marketplace access to cutting edge technologies and the most comprehensive financial solutions available.” Mr. Ware is the President and CEO of Hopeton State Bank in Hopeton, Oklahoma. Hopeton State Bank  and eData have utilized Information Technology’s Premier Suite of banking products since 1982.

One of BancCentral’s newest products is BankLink. “The technology utilized in our BankLink product allows banks to take control of their communications environment rather than relying on telephone companies and other third parties to dictate their network infrastructure,” says Brian Hofen, Executive Vice President of BancCentral. Hofen goes on to say, “This product is faster, more secure, and costs a fraction of a standard T-1 communications circuit, which many banks still use today”.
